When a ribbon was cut at Parkside Square Feb. 7, it was more than the
opening of a playground. It was also the introduction of the first handicapped-accessible

a time warp, with the walls covered with posters of John Wayne, Marilyn
Monroe, "The Rat Pack" and Elvis. There is even an old-fashioned
          jukebox.

near the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF), provides
free lodging and a variety of other support services for families who
have to travel far to have their children treated for illnesses.
