Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property, Delaying a Police Officer: May 14, 3 a.m., 3400 Block of Geary Boulevard
A report came in to dispatch about four suspects who were breaking into a business. The caller said one suspect kicked out the business' front door glass while another entered the business. When officers arrived, the suspect was still inside the business. When he saw the officers, he dove through the broken door onto the sidewalk and started running. After running for several blocks, the suspect was captured at Anza Street and Beaumont Avenue. Another suspect was captured by a public safety officer from USF who assisted with the police call for service. Both suspects, who were 20 years of age, were arrested. The suspect who dove through the broken glass door was treated for cuts on his arm.

Armed Robbery: May 12, 10:05 p.m., Turk Street and Willard North
Two people were walking westbound on Turk Street when they were approached by two suspects, both armed with handguns. The suspects, both in their late teens or early 20s, demanded the victims' property and fled.

Possession of BB Guns: May 12, 1:30 p.m., Arguello Boulevard and Anza Street
Officers were called to a park, where a report said there were four men sitting in the bleachers, one with a gun. Numerous officers responded to the scene and detained the males, all of whom turned out to be juveniles. One of the youths had an "Uzi-style" BB gun in his backpack, which he tried to conceal, and another had a BB gun that he dropped under the bleachers. The parents of the four youths were notified and the two with the BB guns were cited.

Smash and Grab Burglary: May 9, Between 4 - 8 a.m., 3800 Block of Geary Boulevard
An unknown suspect smashed the plate glass window of a business to gain entry. Once inside, the suspect took cash, two lap-top computers and a camera.

Vandalism, Public Drunkedness: May 8, 2 a.m., 4600 Block of Geary Boulevard
A 27-year-old intoxicated man entered a restaurant and cut to the front of the line for service. When told he would have to get at the end, he smashed a cash register with both fists. The suspect left the premises and went to a parking lot, where he was located and arrested.

Robbery: May 6, 1:42 a.m., Fourth Avenue and Balboa Street
Two men and a women were approached by four suspects, who demanded their property. Two of the suspects took the victims' cell phones and another took the woman's purse. During the assault, one of the victims started yelling at the suspects in an attempt to scare them off, but he was punched in the face by one of the suspects. The suspects fled in an unknown direction.

Narcotic Violations: May 3, 12:01 a.m., 42nd Avenue and Point Lobos Avenue
Officers conducted a traffic stop and determined that one of the three occupants in the vehicle was wanted for a probation violation. A search of the vehicle turned up a variety of pills and narcotics paraphernalia. The three suspects, all in their 30s, were arrested.

Assault, Attempted Robbery: April 30, 6:45 p.m., 10th Avenue and Fulton Street
A man was walking with some money in his hand when the suspect came up from behind and tried unsuccessfully to take it. The suspect then slashed at the victim's arm and demanded the money. The victim noticed the suspect was holding a knife and then saw his forearm had been cut. The suspect, described as a male between 20 and 30 years of age, fled without getting any of the victim's property. The victim was treated at the scene and released.
