Outer Sunset N-Judah Riders to Get Bus Service
The SF Municipal Transportation Agency (Muni) is rolling out a fleet of buses to carry passengers traveling between the Outer Sunset District and downtown.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors has begun the process of redrawing the boundary lines of supervisor districts, after the SF Department of Elections informed it that data from the 2010 U.S. census requires redistricting.

Parkmerced Development Gets OK
Emotional outbursts disrupted proceedings at City Hall on May 24 as the SF Board of SuperĀ­visors approved a proposal to redevelop the Parkmerced housing project. The 6-5 vote in favor was a disappointment to residents and housing advocates.

Mother's Building Served Generations of Zoo Visitors
Not so long ago in San Francisco there was a beautiful public building where mothers and small children could relax while visiting the Outside Lands. The Mother's Building at the San Francisco Zoo was a spacious refuge complete with tea rooms, elegant art and attending matrons. The building operated as a mother's lounge from 1925 until the late '60s.
