Possession of Marijuana, Driving with Suspended License: June 1, 3:17 a.m., 22nd Avenue and Sloat Boulevard
An officer stopped one of two vehicles that were racing at excessive speeds. The driver had more than 100 grams of marijuana in his possession and was driving with a suspended license. He was arrested and booked.

Domestic Dispute: June 1, 5:20 p.m., 4100 Block of Lincoln Way
Officers were sent to a residence to investigate allegations of domestic violence. The suspect, a man who had been drinking all day, fled the house in his bare feet. Officers found the man several blocks away and arrested him for assault.

Family Feud: June 7, 9:42 p.m., 2600 Block of 37th Avenue
Numerous officers responded to a report of a brawl in-progress where items were being thrown out of the house. Three family members were assaulting each other with fists and brooms. One was arrested for battery, another for felony assault and a third was taken to SF General Hospital for mental health treatment.

Auto Theft: June 8, 10 a.m., 2500 Block of Noriega Street
A report came in to dispatch that a suspected auto thief was inside a neighborhood store. Officers located the vehicle and approached the female suspect, who denied knowing anything about the vehicle. The suspect had keys, however, that fit the ignition of the stolen vehicle and other evidence was obtained linking her to the vehicle. The suspect was arrested.

Robbery, Conspiracy: June 9, 11:20 a.m., 19th Avenue and Winston Street
A woman from Los Angeles was riding a Muni bus when a large group of juvenile females entered the vehicle and surrounded her, yelling obscenities. Suddenly, one of the suspects grabbed the victim's cell phone and exited the bus with the other juveniles. The victim followed the suspects, but they threatened her so she backed off. Shopping mall security guards stopped the suspects and detained them until Taraval officers arrived. Four of them were arrested on felony charges.

Assault: June 10, 10:25 a.m., 2200 Block of Taraval Street
Two plainclothes officers were on patrol when they observed a woman with two knives swinging wildly at a man. The woman complied with officers' demands to drop the knives and she was taken into custody. The male victim was in possession of ammunition, in violation of the law, so he was arrested with the female suspect.

Attempted Robbery: June 10, 9:10 a.m., Unit Block of West Portal Avenue
Two men were delivering alcoholic beverages when they discovered a man trying to open one of the doors on their truck. "What are you doing?" one of the deliverymen asked. "I am robbing you," the suspect replied. The two deliverymen detained the suspect until Taraval officers arrived. The suspect, who was wanted via several misdemeanor warrants, was arrested.

Hot Prowl: June 13, 3:50 a.m., 2800 Block of Golden Gate Avenue
A man was awakened by the sound of someone in his house. He grabbed a baseball bat and went to investigate. He startled two suspects, who fled the premises via the front door. The suspects were last seen running northbound on Arguello Boulevard. A laptop computer was reported missing.

Malicious Mischief: June 18, 6:23 p.m., 1500 Block of 46th Avenue
A man was destroying flowers in front of a residence when officers arrived. "I am sorry. I was mad and took it out on the flowers," the suspect said. The suspect was cited and released.

Robbery, Parole Violation: June 19, 10:44 p.m., 1500 Block of 30th Avenue
A woman was attempting to unlock the front gate of her home when a suspect suddenly came up from behind, grabbed her and threw her to the ground. "Give me your money," the suspect said. The suspect grabbed the victim's purse and fled northbound on 30th Avenue. Numerous officers responded to the scene. Armed with a description of the suspect, two officers spotted him in a vehicle a couple of blocks away. When the suspect saw the officers, he accelerated at a high rate of speed to get away. At 25th Avenue and Irving Street, the suspect was stopped and taken into custody. The victim's property was found in a nearby stairway. The suspect was arrested for driving unlicensed and uninsured, an outstanding parole violation and robbery.

Drunk and Disorderly: June 24, 5 p.m., 44th Avenue and Sloat Boulevard
An extremely intoxicated man at the SF Zoo was harassing children and animals. The suspect told officers he had been drinking "mad dog" beers at Hippie Hill in Golden Gate Park earlier in the day. Somehow, he said, he arrived at the Zoo. He was arrested.

Cell Phone Violation: June 26, 3 p.m., 21st Avenue and Irving Street
An officer on patrol noticed a man talking on a cell phone while driving, which is against the law. Because he also had a suspended license, his vehicle was towed.

Public Brawl: June 27, 10:15 p.m., 300 Block of Sloat Boulevard
Numerous officers responded to Sigmund Stern Grove on a report of a large fight in-progress. A number of suspects were detained and cited for being in violation of a park code section that prohibits people from being in a public park between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
